Points represent in-platform balances only. They may be created, adjusted, paused, or removed by platform rules, game logic, anti-abuse controls, maintenance operations, or administrative actions.

2. No Financial Instrument

Points are not bank deposits, securities, investment contracts, commodities, or stored-value accounts. No interest, yield, or guaranteed appreciation is promised.

3. Platform Risk

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Bugs, outages, pricing anomalies, delayed updates, and other malfunctions can occur.

4. Loss & Liability

You accept the risk of balance changes or loss of points due to software defects, integrations, third-party dependencies, user error, moderation action, or service interruption. To the fullest extent permitted by law, URNz and participating operators are not liable for point loss, missed rewards, or related damages.

5. Abuse & Enforcement

Attempts to exploit, automate abuse, or manipulate market behavior may result in suspended access, reversed actions, balance corrections, or account restrictions.

6. Updates

Terms may be updated over time. Continued use of URNz after updates constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.
